This data sheet packs an incredibly dense amount of information into just two pages. To achieve this succinctness, I established an "information hierarchy" with my SME, making sure I covered only the points that are central to a description of MIM and how it works.
During my tenure at Indigo Slate, I successfully completed the creation of an informative booklet for Microsoft. This involved close collaboration with SMEs and meticulous editing through multiple rounds.

The best part of writing this booklet was that I acquired a knowledge base that later came in handy for me. The challenge was to explain a relatively complex subject matter in terms that were both conversational and succinct.
In 2020, I was hired by Team Rubicon, a veteran-led humanitarian organization, to co-write its COVID-19 operations manual. This manual was used as a guide for disaster relief volunteers who traveled within the US to offer much-needed assistance to vulnerable individuals and communities.
